I finished this one yesterday. I thought that it was finished, way before I would have usually thought that. There is a great deal to be said about knowing when to quit.
This is a half sheet watercolor on Arches 140 lb. bright white cold press paper.

Welcome back to your blog! I'm not sure whether I like this Softly rose painting better or Yellow Roses better, they are both wonderfully done and I think you should be so proud.
